Plastic structural unit for the storage and infiltration facilities of rainwater

Water circulation technologies that allows storage and infiltration of rainwater in underground facilities are technologies in demand in the sense that it allows effective utilization of rain water and controls the flow of massive amounts of rainwater.

With "Aquatrap", the structural unit tamping for storage and infiltration facilities of rain water, rapid and low cost structuring of simple and compact rainwater storage/infiltration facilities and facilities that effectively utilize rainwater is possible.

Features

High Void Ratio
With a high void ratio of approximately 95%, compact facility construction is possible.
Reduction of excavation and surplus soil amount.
High Durability
Allowable compressive stress in the vertical direction is 209kN/m2. Maximum value for plastic storage material. *In the case of A13
Material Considering the Environment
Mainly composed of recycled material.
Low Cost
By reducing the excavation and surplus soil amount with high void ratio and due to the fact
that the amount of material used is parse, and the structuring is simplified, the total cost is reduced.
Easy Maintenance and Inspection

Due to the installation of the inspection plate, the condition of the accretion of sand can be inspected enabling easy management of the facility.

Reception of the National Award in Technical Development.

In 2001, we received the"4th National Award in Technical Development", and award that honors new technology in the field of architecture, for the"Aqua trap method"a construction method for storage and infiltration of rainwater that uses plastic filling aqua traps.

Aqua Trap Method: A construction method for storage and infiltration of rainwater that uses plastic storage materials composed of holed boards and pipes.
